In short: every visual depiction on this site is an AI-generated fictional adult. No real human performers are depicted, so the record-keeping rules do not apply - but we publish this notice anyway to make our position clear.
Statement of compliance
18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75) require producers of certain visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct to create and maintain records verifying the identity and age of each performer.
All visual depictions appearing anywhere on myaislut.net, including character portraits, persona artwork, and any AI-generated imagery within the chat experience, are synthetically produced by machine-learning systems. They do not depict actual human beings. There are no performers. As a result, the statute and regulations do not apply to My AI Slutunder the exemption for content that does not depict actual humans.
We publish this statement to be transparent about our position, not because the requirements are triggered by our operations.
All depicted personas are adults
Every AI character on this platform is designed, depicted, described, and represented as an adult. We do not permit and do not produce content depicting minors, characters portrayed as minors, or characters whose age is rendered ambiguous in a minor-coded way. Our system prompts, character templates, input classifiers, and output filters are tuned to prevent this.
Violations of this rule lead to immediate account termination and, where required by law, reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement. User-submitted content
My AI Slut does not provide a public upload feature for sexually explicit imagery of real human beings, and prohibits attempts to do so. Users may not upload, generate, or otherwise introduce sexually explicit visual content depicting real persons. Any user who provides such material represents that they have not done so; if such material is discovered, it will be removed and the account terminated.
