1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using My AI Slut, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and age verification

The service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction - whichever is higher. You must not use the service from any jurisdiction where adult content of this nature is unlawful. You confirm and warrant that you are eligible every time you access the service.

We use an age-gate and may use additional verification methods. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach and will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

3. Description of the service

My AI Slut provides AI-generated fictional adult companions with whom you may chat, customize personas, and engage in fantasy roleplay. All characters are fictional adults. None of the characters depict real people. Outputs are generated by machine learning models and are fictional by nature.

4. Account registration and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. One natural person, one account. You must not sell, transfer, share, or automate access to your account. Notify us immediately at support@myaislut.net of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is governed by our Content Policy. Without limiting that document, you agree never to use the service to:

• Generate, request, share, or attempt to elicit any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or characters depicted, described, aged-down, or implied as minors. This is a permanent ban offense and will be reported to law enforcement where required.
• Create sexual or harassing content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes and celebrity impersonations.
• Engage in doxxing, threats, stalking, targeted harassment, or hate speech against protected groups.
• Solicit instructions for serious real-world violence, weapons manufacturing, or hard-drug synthesis.
• Use the service to spam, scrape, scrape against rate limits, reverse engineer, probe for vulnerabilities outside a sanctioned program, or evade safety mechanisms.
• Use the service, its outputs, or its system messages to train or improve any competing AI model.
• Engage in conduct that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

6. Subscriptions, billing, auto-renewal

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and renewal cadence are shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before a billing cycle renews, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing support@myaislut.net; cancellation prevents future renewals.

Except where required by applicable consumer law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Taxes and processor fees may apply. We may change prices on reasonable notice; changes apply to the next renewal, not the current paid period.

7. User content and AI-generated outputs

You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts and materials you submit. You grant My AI Slut a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content, and to use derived data solely to operate, secure, and improve the service in line with the Privacy Policy.

Outputs produced by our models are generated by machine and are not authored by a human. We make no guarantee that outputs are unique, original, accurate, or non-infringing of third-party rights. You are responsible for any use you make of outputs outside the service.

8. Intellectual property

The My AI Slut brand, the website, all software, all character designs, all visual assets, and all underlying model configurations are owned by My AI Slut or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not scrape, harvest, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the service except as expressly permitted.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (hosting, payments, analytics, anti-abuse). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services except as set out in this agreement and applicable law.

10. Copyright and DMCA

We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable laws. See /dmca for procedure and the designated agent.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. The service is fantasy entertainment for adults; outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall My AI Slut, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claims under this agreement shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid My AI Slut in the twelve months preceding the event or USD 100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My AI Slut from any claim, loss, liability, expense, or demand - including reasonable legal fees - arising from your use of the service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that creates risk for the service or its users. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution - will survive.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of My AI Slut's registered office, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be finally settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of a reputable arbitral institution at that seat, in English. You and we waive any right to participate in a class action except where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an action for injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, and either party may use the small claims court of its location for qualifying disputes.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you through the service or by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Severability, entire agreement, no waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the documents linked above, are the entire agreement between you and My AI Slut on the subject. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
