Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information we generate from your use of the service, and information we receive from third parties (such as payment processors).

• Account data: email address, display name or handle, password hash, age confirmation, and account preferences.
• Service content: chat messages, prompts, character configurations, generated outputs, and metadata required to deliver the chat experience.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor. We receive a token, billing country, last four digits of the card, and renewal status - not the full payment instrument.
• Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for authentication, preference cookies, and limited analytics. See section 5.
• Support communications: messages you send to support@myaislut.net and metadata about those exchanges.

2. How we use information

We use personal data to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Verify age and prevent access by people who are not legally permitted to use an adult product.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle taxes, chargebacks, and refunds.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, policy violations, and security incidents.
• Respond to legal requests and enforce our Terms and Content Policy.
• Communicate with you about your account, security, billing, policy updates, and - only with your consent - marketing-style messages.
• Improve safety classifiers and abuse detection using aggregated or de-identified signals.

We do not use private chat content to train general AI models unless you have given explicit, revocable consent for that specific purpose.

3. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Contract: to deliver the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest: to secure the platform, prevent abuse, and improve safety, balanced against your rights.
• Consent: for optional analytics, marketing communications, and any opted-in training use.
• Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting, age-verification, and law-enforcement requirements.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal data only with the categories of recipients below, and only to the extent needed for the listed purpose.

• Processors: hosting providers, payment processors, anti-fraud and anti-abuse vendors, analytics, customer-support tooling, and email delivery. Each is bound by a written data-processing agreement.
• Legal and safety: law enforcement and regulators where we are legally required, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, or My AI Slut.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies fall into three groups on the service:

• Strictly necessary: authentication, session integrity, fraud prevention, and the age-gate. These cannot be disabled if you want to use the service.
• Preferences: remember language, theme, and content settings.
• Analytics: aggregated usage data to help us improve the service. You can disable these in cookie settings where required by your jurisdiction.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy. Typical windows:

• Account data: while your account is active.
• Chat content: retained while your account is active; deletable on request from the account.
• Billing records: retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to ten years).
• Abuse and security logs: up to 24 months after closure for fraud, abuse, and legal defense purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. EEA, UK, Swiss, and California residents have specific statutory rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For CCPA/CPRA purposes: you have the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, the right to opt out of any sale or share (we do neither), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

8. Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, secrets management, and a least-privilege engineering culture. No system is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk and respond to incidents promptly. If a breach occurs that affects you and triggers a notification duty, we will notify you in line with applicable law.

9. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards as required.

10. Children

The service is strictly 18+ (or the local adult age, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has accessed the service or that data about a minor has been submitted, email support@myaislut.net and we will act immediately.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
